Program serves adults that are unable to manage and take care of self without assistance as a result of advanced age or physical or mental disability and is being abused, neglected, abandoned, exploited or intimidated. Services include casework, home care, day care, health care, homemaker services, emergency shelter, and assistance obtaining guardianship and referrals to appropriate community agencies.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
