The BLN works with service providers, such as Vocational Rehabilitation and MRSI, to name a few. BLN also offers general and on-site training for employers to better support customers and employees with disabilities. Your local BLN goals include assisting businesses in attracting and retaining new employees who happen to have a disability, and offer support services when needed. A vision of BLN is to assist in tearing down any barriers that unreasonably prevent the full participation of Americans with disabilities.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
