<p style="margin-bottom:0in"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">Operated by Pioneer Counseling Services (PCS) is a community-based, twenty-four-hour-a-day program designed to identify and provide services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness. CLIP provides therapy, rehabilitation, training and support services for clients who wish to acquire the information and skills necessary to manage their illness and manage themselves in the community. CLIP offers a systematic, intensive, individualized program to each client based on assessed needs and self-identified goals. Services and programs include : Transitional Living Program (8-bed group home and 15 supervised apartments); Vocational Program, Day Treatment Program, Social/Recreational Program (including Hole-In-The-Wall Drop-In Center), and Independent Living Support services, including individual and group therapies, case management, individual rehabilitative services, psychiatric and nursing services. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
