A Wyoming resident is defined as a person living in Wyoming for at least six months. An application is required for assistance. All applications must have a professional referral. An application can be obtained by calling Wyoming Cares. Once completed, the application is reviewed by the Professional Review Committee on a monthly basis. Wyoming Cares does not provide case management services. All correspondence is directed to the referring professional.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
