Breast and Cervical Program provides assistance with free or low cost mammograms and annual exams for low-income individuals over fifty years of age (earlier if there is a significant problem). Medical services are as follows: Annual exams, including: Pap, Pelvic exam, Anemia screening, Breast exam, Blood pressure screening, Weight assessment; Contraceptive information and supplies; Pregnancy Testing; Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI); Testing and Treatment; Hormone replacement therapy; HIV Testing (Rock Springs, Evanston, and Rawlins only). Counseling Services: Pregnancy counseling for teens and adults, Sexual responsibilities, Contraception, Infertility, Health problems, Sterilization and Adoption. Education services include: Parent-teen communication, Teen pregnancy, Saying "NO!!!", Contraceptive methods, Women's health care exams, Cultural values and attitudes, Information on choices available to you.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
