<p style="margin-bottom:0in"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif; color:black">Resources and education regarding communicable disease prevention services, adult and child immunization for influenza, pneumonia and hepatitis, tuberculosis skin testing, rapid strep throat testing, HIV/AIDS counseling and testing. Chronic disease prevention and health and wellness efforts. Additionally, the Nurse-Family Partnership and Best Beginnings provides maternal and child services including prenatal and post-partum home visits conducted by nurses, individual prenatal classes conducted on a case by case basis, breast feeding support and counseling, financial assistance for children with special health care needs, and follow-up care for infants and children who are born into high-risk situations. Additionally, parenting classes are offered on a regular basis.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
